STORMTRACKER 4 – Showers rolled through late last night and into early this morning but most of Southeastern Arizona is drying out quickly.

We have dropped the Alert Day status as most of Southeastern Arizona will stay dry the rest of today but give yourself extra time for the morning commute as roadways will be wet! Isolated showers will still be possible this afternoon but mainly east and northeast of Tucson. It will also be a cold afternoon with highs only warming into the 50s and 60s and gusts between 20 and 30 mph. Expect more of the same for tomorrow before we dry out midweek! For those that do see additional rainfall, totals will be light with trace amounts to around 0.10″ possible. Light snowfall accumulation will still be possible but mainly in the White Mountains!

A ridge of high pressure builds midweek through the first half of this weekend. Highs will gradually warm into the upper 70s and low 80s Thursday through Saturday before another system impacts Southeastern Arizona. This system could bring additional valley rain, mountain snow and colder temperatures by Easter Sunday. Stay tuned for details!

  • Today: Windy and cold with a few clouds (10%). High: 63°
  • Tonight: Partly cloudy and cold. Low: 43°
  • Tomorrow: Few light showers possible (30%). High: 64°
