The Cottonwood Recreation Center will be closing the indoor pool at the Cottonwood Recreation Center to allow for pool resurfacing work to be done.

The indoor pool will be closed beginning April 2, 2024, and work is estimated to be completed by May 13, 2024.
The tentative work schedule is as follows:

| Preparation | April 2 – 5, 2024 |
| Demolition | April 8 – 12, 2024 |
| Tiling | April 15 – 19, 2024 |
| Clean up, prep work for pebble, misc. | April 22 – 26, 2024 |
| New PebbleScheen applied | April 29 – May 3, 2024 |
| Final clean & water treatment | May 6 – 10, 2024 |
| Project completion | May 13, 2024 |
The outdoor pool will be opened to the public while work is being performed on the indoor pool
Beginning April 8, 2024, the hours of operation for the outdoor pool will be 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. daily. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Parks & Recreation Department at 928-639-3200.
