STORMTRACKER 4 – We’ve seen some breezy conditions today with gusts mainly between 10 and 20 mph. The best chance for showers will be north and northeast of Tucson in the White Mountains. Temperatures have warmed back up into the low 70s for the warmest spots today. Expect a bigger warm-up tomorrow!
This low pressure system will finally head eastward tonight and this will allow a ridge of high pressure to build in its place. Temperatures will heat up into the low 80s as early as tomorrow with more of the same through Saturday!
Meanwhile, the wind will pick up this weekend as another system approaches from the Pacific Northwest. This system will bring colder temperatures and a chance for showers beginning Sunday. On and off showers will be possible through Tuesday before we dry out. Temperatures drop into the mid 60s early next week but warmer temperatures follow the second half of next week.
