(KVOA) – The Arizona women’s basketball team is busy building the roster for next season.

Following their fourth consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance, the Wildcats landed North Carolina transfer guard Paulina Paris, who will come to UA with two years of eligibility remaining.

Paris, a New York native, played in 48 games during her first two seasons with the Tar Heels. She averaged 6.3 points per game as a freshman and 5.8 as a sophomore.

Coming out of high school, Paris was ranked as the No. 27 overall recruit in the 2022 class. ESPN listed her as a four-star prospect.

Paris missed the final two months of the 2023-24 season with a knee injury and hopes to be ready for the start of practices with the Wildcats.
