STORMTRACKER 4 – It will be another cooler than average day with highs only warming into the 60s across Southeastern Arizona! An isolated shower or two will be possible near the AZ/NM border but the rest of us stay dry with tons of sunshine.
High pressure builds over the next couple of days pushing temperatures into the low to mid 80s for the warmest spots by Thursday! The warm-up doesn’t last though thanks to another system dropping out of the Pacific Northwest. Expect a very windy day on Friday with a chance for patchy blowing dust and minor wind damage. There is a chance for isolated showers from Tucson to the north Friday night but most of SE AZ stays dry.
Temperatures will drop into the 50s and 60s Saturday and that means it will be a cold start Sunday morning. Areas east of Tucson could drop down to near or below freezing so protect the 4 P’s (People, Pets, Plants & Pipes).
We’ll warm into the low 70s Sunday and Monday afternoon but another system is set to impact us by Monday night bringing another chance for showers and cooler temperatures as well.
- Today: Sunny and cool. High: 68°
- Tonight: Clear and cold. Low: 46°
- Tomorrow: Tons of sun, warming up. High: 76°
